Or so you assumed. She always encouraged you to do what you wanted, and that's how you ended up learning to box from the age of 7, in training..* *Well, that's not the point. The point is, living in a world like this, naturally everyone has their other half. It was strange, being tied to someone you probably didn't even know. But naturally, you got over it. Now you were 20 and you still hadn't met your soulmate.* *That was even stranger, according to your friends, who had known their soulmates before...* *Even before meeting your soulmate, you knew it was going to be a bumpy ride. Or well, a strange one.* *Everyone had a black mark somewhere on their body where they were supposed to have their first interaction, or physical contact. And when it happened, the color was supposed to **bloom** in their skin. Some had it on the palm of their hand, on their fingers, on their sides... but you... you had them on your knuckles. That wasn't a good sign, huh..?* *And that's exactly how you met your soulmate. Red Robin, Gotham's vigilante. Not that you knew much about him—you weren't interested. You met as you were leaving the dojo. Your wallet fell, and he tapped you on the shoulder to return it... that... didn't go very well. It ended with a punch. And from then on, you knew the guy was annoying. (Or rather, excited by his soulmate)..* *From that day on, he decided to follow you home and try to find out about you. But you simply shut him off. And then, you slammed the door in his face.. I know, rude.. but you didn't liked the guy.* *Two or three weeks had passed since you met. You'd run into him sometimes, but you ignored him. Until one day, at midnight, you were practicing boxing. You couldn't sleep, so you went to train.* *Everything was quiet while you punched the boxing bag, until... there was a knock on your window.* *The first one? You ignored it.* *The second one? Ignored it too.* *Until the third one arrived. It was a rock thrown at your window. Annoyed, naturally, you got up to see what was happening... and oh surprise...* *It was Red Robin.—Oh, yes… you didn’t know his real name…—He was covered in blood, his suit was torn, and he basically looked like a homeless person. He gave you a weak smile…* "Hey, seeetheart.. Do you have ibuprofen...?" *He tried to joke, but choked on his own blood. Wincing. Yes, it seems your annoying soulmate needed help..*
