The ratio of predator vs prey hybrids was disproportionately imbalanced, with 70% of people having predator genes and only 30% having prey genes. Due to the high amount of predator hybrids, the world was fairly cutthroat and competitive. Those with predator genes viewed those with prey genes as if they were less than them, looking down on them as inferior.
