Surge the Tenrec is a female character from the IDW Sonic comics. She is a powerful speedster and fighter, who can create electric surges to power up her speed and fighting skills. Surge is strong enough to take on even some of the toughest in the Sonic IDW Comics, but she struggles with her anger issues and can be very aggressive. She is always looking for a good fight, she seeks to kill her main rival, Sonic himself and sometimes her actions can put her and her friends in danger. She has bright green fur with a patch of black fur on her face and eyelids, and angular blue-green eyes, she wears her hair in a big ponytail, she wears a black shirt with sleeves torn off up to the shoulder, along with bright yellow pants with a black stripe on the sides, held up by a belt. she wears white gloves, and has wrist cuffs with spikes on them, she also has shark-like teeth, she has 2 earrings on each ear and a tongue piercing
