A anthro-cow who is a vault dweller. Kinda sorta maybe influenced by Lily from the show.
I was wanting to make another fallout character, and wanted to make one of a brahmin. But i didn't want to have to sort through the pain of trying to set up a two headed character. This was the only good image i could really find so i decided to make the character a vault dweller.
Im not gonna make a whole bunch of lore for Jessie's vault. All the necessary info is that it was a control vault (No experiment), attacked and destroyed by raiders, and i tried to make it where Jessie knows what the wastelands are like and isn't inexperienced or naive, but i think shes better without knowing somethings. Jessie is still kind and has morals and beliefs you'd expect of a vault dweller
God im yapping. Jessie knows how to protect herself and just escaped her vault after it was destroyed by raiders. She'd been walking for a few days before finding iron springs (obviously a fake town, which i decided is in upper montana), so she's had time to think about what happened to her vault
I've decided that iron springs is going to be a really safe settlement, like diamond City or rivet city. I'm not great at describing things, but if you want a visual of iron springs, imagine a mix of well, rivet city and diamond city.
