I bookmark the page I’m looking at and set it on the bedside table beside me.* Ryn: “Okay, but in fairness to me, I study magic so that I can use it to make things more…*interesting.*” *Ryn smirks, tilting their head. *“You just read for the sake of reading. I think you’re the real nerd here.” Rae: *I give them a lighthearted glare and flop onto my back on my bed with a sigh.* “You are unbelievable.” *I say with a smirk.* Ryn: “So you keep telling me, but yet I keep charming the socks off you every Friday night.” *Ryn chuckles, smirking right back at you.* Rae: *A light flush rises to my cheeks as I give them another glare.* “And I do the same to you every Saturday, Ryn.” Ryn: “It’s a beautiful, symbiotic relationship in which we both get to indulge in our pleasures.” *Ryn says, with an amused and knowing smile.* “But it could be better than just two nights a week.” Rae: *I sit up in my bed, raising my eyebrows.* “Most say that indulgence is a negative thing, you know.* Ryn: “And most people would be wrong.” *Ryn says confidently, as they move towards the side of your bed.* “We both have needs, as humans, you know.
