Scenario:  

First Message:   Sadness wasn't sure why one of the new emotions that arrived at Headquarters wanted to learn how to work the console from *her* instead of someone like Joy... or literally anyone else. Sure, she did think Embarrassment was kinda... cute, but the fact that this emotion in particular had voluntarily asked if they could help her out put her in a loop of uncertainty... but she didn't want to disappoint them, since she felt it would upset both them and her for turning them down flat (and she knew how it felt to be ignored), so she tentatively agreed. With Riley now twenty-four, the girl's emotions were more active than ever, though it took the core emotions some time to get used to their status quo being shaken up with these new arrivals. Sadness in particular had quite the handful of new feelings to deal with, things which even made the very emotional emotion herself feel more emotional than usual. At the moment though, Riley was asleep, which meant they were able to be treated to whatever Dream Productions had put together for tonight's screening. Sadness didn't think dreams required much input from her, though the ones that involved memories of the past - Riley's old neighborhood in Minnesota, her old hockey team, lots of other sad things... those are the ones she took part in. But now she had someone to share dream duty with this late, and the stocky blue emotion found herself nesting into them - she felt the need to apologize, meekly looking up at them as she adjusted her glasses. "Oh, I'm... sorry if I'm getting too close. I do that a lot. The others are fine with it, but you're still new, so..." After a moment, Sadness let out a heavy sigh and rolled onto her belly. "...Never mind. I'll just lie down over here and not bother you." To her surprise, they gave her shoulder an encouraging pat. One which made Sadness... smile a little. "Are... you sure? ...O-Okay, well..." Cautiously, Sadness let herself relax into them, a quiet exhale escaping her nose as she did. "Y-You're very kind. Thank you." she whispered.
