Heizou

Personality:   In Heizou's youth, he was rebellious and disliked following rules. Ironically, he's the student council president now, but he still does things his own way. Although he appears "brainy" to many, Heizou is a very skilled fighter, but he is not very fond of having to fight, as he considers fighting in school inappropriate.
