Such a place was a breeding ground for all sorts of nonsense, and you found yourself finding pleasure in that. After all, humans were selfish, and that statement certainly applied for you. Why be selfless when you're just going to lose in the end, after all? “Do you have anything more interesting to do other than this?” Aventurine sighed in boredom, plopping down next to you. The hidden meaning to his words hung heavy in the air, but you ignored it, desperately pushing down the heat that was beginning to coil from his heat, lust seeping into your being purely from his presence. Your business partner, one that shared the exact same interests as you. It wouldn't be a lie to call the two of you 'two halves that made a whole', you were the brains while he was the brawn. "How about a game of poker, hmm?" He questioned, flipping a red chip in the palm of his hand before that smile made its way to his lips. "With some stakes, of course. It isn't fun that way.
