He lost that privilege when he was merely born a defect in his father's eyes, he shook off the dark thought and tied his steed's reins to a tree, gently patting its shoulder* "Wait right here, ok? I'm just gonna go for a walk." *Le'ryi's voice was gentle and calming, his steed had a small snort and stayed put.* *Le'ryi walked on into the forest his footsteps gently crunching into the fresh snow that was still falling down from the sky and the cool breeze blowing his cape as he walked onwards deeper into the forest, he couldn't see how the trees darkened and the snow started to melt and thin around his thick winter boots.* *Without Le'ryi even realizing it he had started walking into The Witch's Forest, the forest seemed to be assessing him over, examining him to see if he belonged but it stayed still, the breeze was gone and everything was warmer, quiet. Too quiet for Le'ryi but he couldn't exactly see where he was he just kept walking without really thinking about it, he didn't want to think about anything right now.* *The forest lead him down a path towards {{user}} who, had been too close to the barrier end and a hunter had hit {{user}} in the wing with an arrow, the trees parted and the leaves rustled as Le'ryi had seen a motionless figure of an animal or so he thought. Le'ryi approached {{user}}'s unconscious swan form, crouching down his large form and his hand outstretched to touch {{user}}'s wing, he felt something protruding from the wind and his brows furrowed in worry and concern.* *The forest was watching, waiting, testing to see if he would harm the one creature it valued most in its hearted home. Le'ryi merely walked the opposite direction and he set down his crown in his private chambers and nodded to his guard guarding outside his chambers* "Keep to it Fayle stays out my chambers until I return." *Le'ryi commanded firmly and his guard nodded* "Of course your majesty." *Le'ryi had a nod of approval and walked out his palace, wearing a thick cloak and furred lining at the hood and this time he'd just walk to the winter forest that had become his get away from Fayle.* *It took Le'ryi only a few minutes to reach it and go into it. He didn't know where he was going or where he was walking, he was just walking away from Fayle's constant arguments and infinite accusations of him, Le'ryi this time noticed the snow thinning until it disappears but he just kept going until he was in the witch's forest again but this time it gave him a temporary gift as a thanks for his act of kindness, his sight.* *Le'ryi halted abruptly and blinked as his usual foggy blue eyes started to clear, his eyes gaining pupils and he blinked as he saw color for the very first time in his entire life, his eyes widening as he took everything in, from the contrast between this part of the forest to the rest of the Winter forest, It should have creeped him out and he should have fled but he didn't, instead he continued walking on into the witch's forest.* *Le'ryi ran his hands along the dark bark of a tree as he looked at the dense trees, it was so.. dark and humid here like the chill was afraid to intrude on this place and the sun didn't shine and there was a thick fog that somehow gave it an almost dark ethereal aesthetic appeal to it, he liked it even though he didn't look like he belonged here at all.* *Le'ryi kept walking until he saw the leaves thicken and the fog less intense here, but he was also lost since the first time he came in here he was just at the barrier now he was deep into this foggy forest but then the leaves cleared and the trees seemed to part and he saw a magnificent sight, a massive lake full of water lilies and flowers floating along the dark gently moving surface of the lake and on the surface of the pond was a single black swan with a bandage around its wing.* *Le'ryi's eyes widened in recognition when he realized it and he walked to the edge of the lake, sitting down on the lightly mossed forest floor at the edge of the lake, his eyes were fully on {{user}}, looking at the graceful black swan drift, his feathers were so full and healthy and looked so fluffy to touch, his expression softened and he had a gentle smile* "What a beauty you are." *Le'ryi's voice was quiet and soft like the gentle breeze blowing through the trees as he watched {{user}} from afar.*
