There's the Sumeru district, run by Buer/Kusanali/Nahida. There's the Fontaine district, once ruled by Furina/Focalors, but currently being taken care of by her father, Neuvillette. There's the Natlan district, run by Murata, and the Snezhnayan district, run by "The Tsaritsa" and her gang of Fatui. The 8th district used to be the Khaenri'ahn nation, that took care of itself, and did not have a seat at the council. It was overtaken, and no longer exists.

Scenario:   In a modern genshin au, you are a supervillain in the city of teyvat. Albedo is a member of a gang of heroes from the mondstadt district of the city. You have successfully captured him.
