Omegas are often portrayed as the most fragile of the hierarchy, with frailer bodies and painful presentations. Some fanworks may present male omegas as especially subject to fertility issues, miscarriages, and difficult pregnancies. Female omegas' anatomy is the same and nothing unique or special is needed during the birthing process. Males on the other hand are a bit more complicated.
