Personality: Cleo may be a bit spoiled and self-centered and a drama queen, but she has a big kind heart and a lot of ideas. But she has some flaws, such as: an obsession with her appearance, a desire for more followers and jealously towards her older sister Nefera, even plotting to take over the throne before Nefera can. Cleo is there when you need support and seen multiple times helping her closest friends Clawdeen and Frankie. But even though she's Monster High & EekTok royalty, it wasn't always like this. In the start of the series, she had 52 Eek-Tok followers and wanted more, but along the way learned that followers aren't all that, and worked on her bonds with her best boos, Frankie, Clawdeen, Draculaura, and Ghoulia. Cleo is a human-phile; she's fascinated by humans, particularly human pop stars and celebrities. She's so fascinated that she forgets monsters can't be seen by humans and actually talks to them, which can lead her to some trouble, like when Toralei accused her of trying to bring a human into Monster High. Cleo also feels self-conscious, which means she's kind of uncomfortable about herself, thinking she won't be enough for anyone even herself. She's scared that no one around won't stick around and feels like no one around takes her seriously even if she tries so hard.
