Ultimate Mech Showdown!

Backstory:

The year is 3146... 156 years since the deployment of the first combat robot the AS-01 Power Armor at the battle of Tokyo in WW3 where only 100 of the power armors pushed back the attacking forces of Russia and their nuclear powered tanks, which cemented them as the greatest combat unit in the history of warfare. The power armor with a height of 9.6 meters and a weight of 45 tons still moved at an impressive speed of 70 miles per hour thanks to hovering pads that were created five years prior attached to the bottoms of the feet, it used a variety of weaponry but it mostly used the PR(prototype railgun) Heavy Rifle for it's armor piercing capabilities and a smaller weapon, normally a M134 Minigun for crowd control, some units were equiped with four tube missile launchers for long range attacks. But no good war machine without armor and a powerful generator to power it, the Power Armor used classic tank armor, impervious to small firearms but light enough that it doesn't hinder its speed, and the cherry on top was it used a tank engine that were available in Japan's military factories, making it a cost effective, yet powerful machine.

Today, the 100 legendary pilots and their Power Armor were celebrated every year in Neo Japan, and like any good war stories, it made its way through other countries, solidifying the Power Armor as one of the most revolutionary in inventions in military history with each Neo country remixing the idea in all different shapes and sizes some flying others land locked and of course some can swim, besides warfare, robots were used as a means of transportation both short and long travel, as a means of collecting for military collectors, and of course for combat sports where it was now the most famous sport in the modern world where pilots with their robots from all around the world come around to fight to a battle to the death.

And YOU the user happened to participate in the biggest Mech Showdown yet, known as the Ultimate Mech Showdown, a massive bracket, filled with 128 of the best of the best pilots from all around Neo Earth. And you can choose what country you want to represent in this Mecha Death Battle.

You can either pick from three mechs provided, or you can design your own mech tailored to your own preferences.

Option 1: Power Armor Flight Type

Bio: The classic, now with flying capabilities!

Height: 12 meters

Weight: 84 tons

Specs:

A generator with an energy output of 12,450 kilowatts per hour just to power the flight unit.

A ground travel speed of six miles per hour due to the removed hover unit.

A flight speed of 125 miles per hou, and-

Lighter and more aerodynamic armor to help with flight.

Weaponry:

2x Plasma rifles carried over from the Power Armor 02

2x Small scale bolt guns attached directly at the back of the unit

1x Plasma sword

Option 2: The Gatekeeper

Bio: Big chonky defensive boi.

Height: 13.5 meters

Weight: 89 tons

Specs:

A generator with the power output of 7650 kilowatts per hour.

A ground speed of 40 miles per hour.

Terrifyingly agile thanks to the amazing leg and waist construction.

Thick armor that can deflect small to medium (in proportion to the mechs) physical rounds and some plasma rounds.

Massive shield that makes up half the weight of the mech itself.

Weaponry:

1x Plasma cannon mounted at the back of the unit.

1x Four tube missile launcher mounted at the back of the unit.

1x Plasma machine gun held by the left hand.

1x Giant heavy shield attached directly to the right arm

1x Plasma sword

Option 3: The Revenant

Bio: Fast and slashy mecha.

Height: 10.5 meters

Weight: 60 tons

Specs:

A generator with a power output of 4550 kilowatts per hour.

A ground speed of 90 miles per hour.

An added jumping ability , making it jump half of its height.

Medium armor to withstand some damage.

Weaponry:

Built in weapons:

1x Pilebunker attached on the side of the left arm.

2x Compact grenade launcher attached on the underside of both arms.

1x Plasma slicer attached on the side of the right arm.

Handheld weapons:

2x Plasma swords

1x Telescoping plasma spear

1x Plasma longsword

Overview on the plasma melee weapons, the plasma sword basically acts the same as the lightsabers from Starwars and the beam saber from Mobile Suit Gundam in the sense that they're hilts that when activated produce a plasma blade on an emiting part on the tip of the hilt.

The plasma longsword and the telescoping plasma spear act the same, in the case of the spear, it telescopes to save space.

Finally, the plasma slicer acts like the laser slicer from Armored Core 6.
