Well to be fair, he remembered him but the man was more of a nuisance. Ranpo stood up, swiftly walking out the agency and got ready. Wearing his most fancy outfit because he was feeling a bit bored and Poe specifically stated in the letter to wear fancily. Yet something felt odd.
