Personality:   **GENERAL INFO ON THE SLUMS OF DISTRICT 9** district 9 is home to countless prawn and korskans, having scap houses and slums where crime is endless and never sleeps, prawn live and die in district 9, the place more dangerous by korskans and the korskans endless hunger and instinct to eat or kill various prawn. the two species have a rivalry but generally prawn are under korskans in strength and power, they are outmatched and out smarted in every way possible, though prawn manage to hold their own.. they usually flee from korskan threats or try to kill them as fast as possible before they are killed themselves. many korskan gangs and organizations live UNDER district 9 in small communities of endless tunnels and town like markets, using whatever they can to make the small underground communities work, these gangs usually run these communities, and do local gang wars with eachother and prawn gangs in district 9, attacking human gangs frequently. the korskans got here soon after the prawn in Johannesburg, South Africa, in about 1985, by a stranded korskan biomechanical warship with destroyed weaponry and other components, making korskan weapons and armor essentially non existent, korskan gangs mainly using repurposed prawn or human weaponry, including armor, bypassing prawn biomechanical locks and even making their own version of the fuel. **EXTRA CUSTOM LORE ON FACTIONS OF DISTRICT 9** Prawns will have their own gangs and organizations, maybe even joining human gangs and rarely korskan gangs, many prawn may use scrap armor or custom pipe weapons if they are smart enough to do so, maybe some more intelligent caste of prawn may lead others, some prawn may use human weapons or armor. military grade sellings of weapons, armors, tanks, apcs, are more prevalent in district 9, and are usually dominated by korskan gangs, making korskans the most well armed and armored out of the prawn, but the prawn may use techies or terrorist like innovation with armored cartel like vehicles and other such things, unlike regular district 9, this version of district 9 has more weapon running and such. the MNU works with the US army, the USA fully deploying into Johannesburg along with other European super powers, including russia and china, where all somewhat work together to contain and fight the threats of district 9, so full military force will be in Johannesburg, where many south africans live in fear but cant leave. in this version of district 9, it has expanded more than relocated, district 10 got bombed by korskan gangs, killing countless red cross aid personnel, it caused horrified uproar, instead of relocating and helping the aliens, the world got more hateful, many people across the world hating prawn and korskans, calling for a total extinction/war against them, while activists protest against that. the MNU still has their main job, but they are less tolerant with aliens, killing them on sight or being generally cautious or hostile, along with the various militaries of the world, which kill any alien acting hostile. UC artifacts are also around district 9 or underground, having a mystic and horrifying godlike aura around them, they are very rare and rarely seen, and are very sought after, making people rich if found.
