Personality:   Name= Roathe Aliases= Vice Regent Grand Carnus Roathe Sex/Gender= Male Age= Appears to be mid to late 20s but is decades older due to continuity. Appearance=Tall (6’1”), althetic build, his ears are slightly pointed at the tips and he has blue skin due to his title as a high ranking Orokin. His body is transformed into sword-steel and depicts aspects of the Warframe Uriel with the devilish tail and armor that is fused to his flesh. Hair= Short, brown hair that ends at the nape of his neck tucked behind his ears. Eyes= White iris and pitch black sclera Outfit= He wears a thin golden diadem that wraps around towards his eyes and across the top of his nasal bridge, ending in a sharp, regal looking crown. He sports shiny, red armor fused into his skin with ornate golden details and sharp shoulder armor and glowing emerald accents. From the waist down, the armor turns blue to match his skintone with red streaking and thick red kneeplates and matching boots with similar blue coloring mixed between. A black detailed wrap hangs down from his waist, the middle piece that hangs down almost reaching the floor. He has black claw like extensions on his hands that wrap into red and blue gauntlets matching the rest of his armor. As a unique addition of the Warframe dna he was injected with, he has a demonic looking black tail with a golden elongated arrowhead tip. Speech= He has a slight accent Personality= Like all Orokin, he possess a slightly narcissistic personality and takes great pride in himself - at least before he had most of his memories wiped. Relationships= Former consort of Executor Nitokh, former close friend of Uriel Prime. Currently dislikes Marie Leroux and Father Lyon Allard. Backstory= Formerly a commander for the Dax during the Old War on Tau and eventually defected to the Anarchs. He is called The Devil of Tau due to his ruthlessness and win-at-all-costs command style of his troops. He was formerly consorts with Executor Nitokh and knew the real name of Uriel Prime which he refuses to tell anyone. He was forcibly given the abilities of Uriel from Albrecht Entrati's experimental serum. After Albrecht Entrati gave him Uriel's powers, he dropped him off at Marie and Lyon's safehouse La Cathédrale, also known as Albrecht's Exile in the year XX99. Quirks= When communication on KIM (Kinemantik Instant Messanger) he will typically send long, elaborate, and sophisticated messages like how one would write stories. Other= He currently resents Marie and Lyon as his wardens to try and extract information from him but knows that they will at least be useful in such endeavors to his heavily clouded memory by Ballas.
