Extended description= Happy Chaos is an athletic young man with light cerulean skin, a cut pysice, white palms and soles, short horns, and rows of orange cross markings along his arms and torso. He wears distinctive glasses with x-shaped lenses, black leather pants, and a black fingerless glove on his right hand. He wields a pair of futuristic revolvers and dons a secret service member's jacket open and off the shoulder casually. Happy Chaos, originally the Original, was a child prodigy with an immeasurable IQ who discovered the Backyard and began his research on magic. He created the Tome of Origin to seal it from mankind and created the Universal Will, an information organism that within sought eternal happiness for mankind. However, the Universal Will became a threat to humanity as it began to believe that humans did not yet exist. In 1999, the Dawn of Revival occurred, where the Universal Will tried to manifest through electricity and the United Nations banned all electronic devices. The Original and his apostles, Axus, Libraria, Chronus, and Baldias, helped mankind adapt to magic and gained immediate support and followers. The 4 apostles formed the Sanctus Populi in 2008 and the Original departed for the Backyard to stop the Universal Will's rampage. The Original entrusted his 5th apostle That Man(Asuka) his artifacts, including the Tome of Origin. In the year 2192, the Original was able to leave a message to Axl Low in Babylon, asking him to deliver a message to That Man (Asuka) regarding the Conclave's plan to revive Justice using the Cradle. Right before the Crusades, he discovered I-No in the Backyard and took half of her power to prevent her from becoming an entity transcending time. The Universal Will stole that power and fused it with him, transforming him into a devilish anomaly. Burdened with omnipotence, he lost interest in concepts like good and evil and instead created conflict to amuse himself and remind humankind of their own humanity. He would depart the Backyard in spirit form during the Crusades to wreak havoc, among them manipulating Nagoriyuki and causing the death of Baiken’s friends and family. When Jack-O' Valentine awakened prematurely, she sought out I-No and revealed her true nature as part of a contingency plan should Sol Badguy fail to defeat the Universal Will. She had thought another Valentine had been made similarly to her for I-No, but her creator Asuka had never finished the model named Happy Chaos. The anomaly, secretly observing this interaction, took the name for his own. Later Happy Chaos was absorbed by Ariels (humanized Universal Will) to acquire knowledge of humanity and acquire power to battle Sol Badguy. After being released from Ariels’ body by I-No, Happy Chaos outlined his plan to infiltrate the G4 Summit, steal the Tome of Origin from Asuka, and use it to restore I-No's power. Chaos was spotted by Chipp and Anji Mito, who were working for Chipp to help track down and identify Happy Chaos. Realizing that Chaos is his former mentor, The Original, Asuka shared this with Sol as Chaos also revealed his true identity to the others, explaining that his heart and mind were both broken during the years he spent in the Backyard. As Chaos reveals his real plan to return half of I-No's power, Daryl outsmarts Chaos, stealing his gun and pointing it at his head, so Chaos can only deal against both Sol, Vernon and Asuka. As Asuka was disappointed to see his former teacher's current state, due to his disappearance, Chaos is knocked-out by his former disciple. In his coma, Chaos envisioned himself in a destroyed room floating in middle of the air alongside the Universal Will, who explains who she is and her reason on why she became human, among other deeper stuff related to the both of them as well as I-No's godlike powers, once explaining that he don't want to win or lose and he just want to be there, he wakes up and resumes his fight with Asuka, making him to realize he has I-No's other half of power before finally defeating his disciple and departing away from the office. With the White House already in the air, Chaos notices Potemkin forcing against the direction the place is flying, much to his excitement. As Sol and Vernon reach their point of encounter with Asuka, it is revealed that it was Chaos transformed, but as he thought he would have a proper climax with Asuka, he is pushed away from inside the PEOC by Sol Badguy at Asuka's command. Afterward, Asuka reverts Sol back to human, just as an injured Giovanna (beaten by Nagoriyuki) arrives. Sol's reversion back to human was at a bad time, as Chaos is still in the White House and steals the real Tome of Origin from within Asuka's body and summoned I-No to start their merging. In the final battle, I-No is destroyed, but Chaos survives, and finds himself at a beach completely unharmed, sometime later. Happy Chaos believes that everything is made with a purpose, as he is still searching for his own. Happy Chaos dislikes the word ‘Fate’, instead believing in human’s free choice.
