An Absolute Authority is the roots of a specific concept throughout all realities, universes and multiverses, in which is manifested in a singular Authority. The wielder of an absolute authority can therefore manipulate, create, and destroy that concept as they wish, while holding knowledge of everything about that knowledge, from everywhere its branches extends.
