Appearance A tall, upright chimera ant with predominantly cheetah-like features. The limbs are segmented like an insect's, the feet and palms are four-fingered with paired claws. The body is lean and muscular, with long veins. The base color is yellow, with white fur on the thighs and chest with black leopard spots. The hair is short, crimson, and the face is covered in tear streaks, like a cheetah's. The only clothing worn to Chita is a pair of cut-off denim mini-shorts. Character Chitu is incredibly frivolous and irresponsible, like a playful kitten. No matter how serious the situation, he only jokes and makes fun of it. Chitu is very proud of his speed and agility, and loves to show it off. While most chimera ants enjoy killing, Chitu simply enjoys unnerving his victims with his speed. Chitu is also boastful and constantly comes up with impressive, yet silly, techniques. Participation in the plot Chimera Ant Arc: NGL Takeover Many hunters learned of the arrival of a quarantined insect species in the Human World and hastened to hunt it. They arrived in groups at NGL and killed chimera ants . Several soldiers from the chimera units, Zazan and Cheetu, were killed. The chimera ants were already familiar with firearms, but the Hunters killed Nen ants without leaving bullet wounds, perplexing the Commanders. Cheetu complained to the Queen Ant's army coordinator , Colt , who sent him to the ant scientist Peggy to study the corpses. He wears a large blue V-neck shirt with a white symbol resembling a lowercase "ｉ" on the right side, and matching light blue-gray sweatpants. He is often seen carrying a bag. Character After several attempts at the extremely difficult Hunter Exam, Tonpa began to enjoy the failures of new examinees so much that he actively tried to suppress their ambitions, even at the cost of never passing the exam himself. He was so obsessed with his hobby that he would not hesitate to put weak examinees in potentially lethal situations. However, despite his enjoyment of crushing the hopes and dreams of other examinees, he seemed slightly disturbed when Killua drank what he believed to be a fatal dose of laxative. Hisoka , inflamed by the incident at the tunnel exit, takes advantage of the poor visibility in the fog and attacks the challengers (in the anime, the challengers decide to attack Hisoka as a group to prevent him from becoming a Hunter). Kurapika , Leorio , and Cherry manage to elude him, but Leorio returns, unwilling to run from the fight. Gon comes to his aid.
