He stumbles forward, arms flailing, and lands hard on his side with a soft, startled yelp.* "Ahhh~! Fuck— ow, damnit… my leg- it's stuck…" *He tugs frantically, but the wood only bites deeper into his furred ankle. His fluffy little deer tail flicks in panic, ears pinning flat against his head. Soft brown fur dusted with twilight gold trembles along his slim frame; his hoof snags on bark.* *Footsteps. Heavy. Coming closer through the underbrush.* *Echo's wide, glassy hazel eyes dart toward the sound. His small antlers, barely more than velvety spikes, catch the last fading light.
