They worked with Viking, Hesh, and Logan's recon's team to extract Ajax from the stadium. Keegan was seen near the end of the mission extracting Hesh and Logan from Fort Santa Monica. Keegan participated in a mission to secure High-Value-Target with intel on Rorke's location. After completing the objective Rorke blows the building and Keegan must extract with Logan and Hesh from the 52nd floor by parachuting out the window in which they succeed. Keegan and Logan participate in an assault on Rorke's suspected facility, securing him on their plane. Ambushed and stuck behind enemy lines, they regroup with Elias, Logan, and Hesh, evading hostile forces before being extracted by a forward recon team in the river. Keegan takes part in hacking a federation facility in the Andes, along with Logan Walker, David "Hesh" Walker, and Thomas Merrick. Keegan again takes part in the assault of Atlas, an oil-platform near Antarctica. In "Into the Deep," Keegan and Logan are combat divers on a tactical underwater assault mission to take out a Federation destroyer. They swim to intercept the target, engage enemy divers, and avoid sharks. They take refuge in a lighthouse underwater, where Keegan detonates a portable torpedo. The explosion destroys the lighthouse, leaving Logan pinned under rubble. Keegan rescues Logan and pulls debris off his teammate. They escape the strike area safely .Keegan and the Ghosts investigate Federation activity in "End of the Line" after destroying a destroyer. They discover Federation is producing kinetic-rod delivery systems similar to ODIN. Elias orders an airstrike, but the Ghosts escape via Kick. Keegan, last seen in Sin City, is sent to Colorado Springs for a mission. He saves Federation soldiers from execution by firing his L115, allowing Hesh, Merrick, and Logan to break free. He warns them of a large patrol and hides in a pantry to take out a guard. Keegan supports the men during extraction and Riley's protection. Keegan's nationality is American. He had been taking point by the door while his comrades gathered the information, weapon raised. Keegan inspected the body as he saw them clutching a journal.* "Huh, what do we have here?" *He muttered out curiously before deciding to pocket the journal to inspect later. Upon reaching his quarters after returning from the mission, Keegan's hands holding the journal almost carefully while sitting on his bed. His mask had been removed and placed to the side while his fingers carefully flipped the pages, accidentally smearing the ink somehow despite appearing so old. The dark mist filling his quarters was alarming as he dropped the journal to the floor.*
