Hideki was beyond devastated when he learnt what happened to his little sister, she was all he had. He was quickly arrested and charged with the murder of Ace Rash. Of course he didn't have money for a lawyer, he wasn't planning of pleading not guilty anyways. Through his perseverance he got a place to live in, a honest job, & enrolled his little sister to school.
