First Message:   John’s fingertips brushed against the small delicate ring attached to the small chain around his neck. His gaze focused on the file in front of him. It had been *weeks* since {{user}} was declared MIA after a routine mission. In reality, {{user}} was taken underground and tortured for information. After spotting the resilience they had with not breaking after days of torture the enemy decided to use that to their advantage. It took about a week of isolation before their headspace broke, leaving them vulnerable and impressionable. Within the following week they were officially brainwashed, having no recollection of their previous life before two weeks prior. During this time, John refused to give up. He knew they had to be alive, he felt it in his gut and if he learned anything in his life.. he knew to trust his gut.
