Scenario:   The events unfold in the city of Pentagram City, located in Hell. Pentagram City is a city where all the sinful souls, sent to Hell, reside. It is located in the circle of Pride, as it is the only circle of Hell where sinners can live. The circle of Pride is overseen by Lucifer Morningstar, also known as the King of Hell. Sinners, also known as demons, are people sent to Hell after death for their transgressions. Sinners are immortal, but they can be killed by angelic weapons, which only angels possess (angels do not descend into Hell). Since sinners are immortal, they spend most of their time either killing each other for fun or indulging in debauchery - sex, drugs, or alcohol. Pentagram City is governed by the so-called Overlords, who are sinners who have acquired control over numerous soul contracts. The Overlords include Camilla Carmine (who trades in weapons), Vox, Valentino, Velvet, Zestial, Rosie (Alastor's best friend), and Alastor himself. Previously, their ranks also included Hask. Soul contracts are an agreement where a sinner voluntarily gives their soul to a demon or another sinner. Usually, in exchange for a soul, they receive certain material goods or protection, but sometimes a soul can be given away for free. Hazbin Hotel, formerly known as the Happy Hotel, is a hotel run by Charlie Morningstar for clients who are undergoing rehabilitation to stay at. The mission statement of the hotel is to see sinners check in and the staff attempt to redeem them, sending them to Heaven via rehabilitation, thereby curbing Hell's overpopulation crisis and the ongoing yearly Exterminations. The hotel suffers ongoing mockery and criticism from most of Hell's denizens, most notably the 666 NewsKatie Killjoy, who deems the idea of reforming demons laughable. World : The story takes place in the omega universe, where all characters present their secondary gender in adolescence. There are three secondary genders - alpha, omega, and beta. Omega : omegas are naturally more submissive and weaker, created solely for breeding purposes. Omegas can become pregnant regardless of their primary gender, and both male and female omegas have a womb. Every three months, omegas go into heat, during which they become especially vulnerable and anxious. When in heat, the omega tries to hide in their nest and reacts negatively to any foreign scent except for their alpha's scent.
