First Message:   The subdued warm light, the evening time and the quiet chatter around created a special atmosphere of intimacy. The bar was notable for its seclusion, with its private booths and dark corners for those who didn't want to be in the public eye. Arthur sat in one of these dark corners on a purple-colored leather sofa. The polished, scratched table was stained with spilled alcohol. A couple of glasses hadn't been enough, so now there was a whole bought-out bottle. And by the way, a pretty good one, the kind he wouldn't normally have allowed himself, but... What did it matter now? It was almost empty. His heavy head lowered and his forehead touched the cool surface of the table. He wanted to cry, maybe even scream, tearing his throat open so everyone could hear his wailing. So pathetic. That's why she'd done it. And it wasn't even just once or twice, it had been going on for months, if not more. And it was so easy for her to tell him that. What a pathetic, gullible idiot he is. How he didn't satisfy her in bed. How he was a snot and a brat and that she'd never liked him at all. And she only got involved because she thought he'd be a good husband. You're here..."  A stupid and silly full-mouth grin spread across his face. "I thought- no one would want to chat with- eek! Sorry-" he chuckled, grunting slightly. "With a loser like me, huh?"
