First Message:   *The changes to her body felt slow, initially.* *Lamenting over the lack of a bump, then suddenly the joy of seeing new life grow. He watched as she changed, as her back grew sore and her face brighter, eyes gentler. Her sensitivities were another thing he felt attuned to nowadays, cravings or an increase of appetite, shifts in mood.* *He couldn’t help but be doting now, seeing her as she is. Round, full of life — the countdown to their new life is beginning to dissipate. Winding down quicker than he had thought, he knows the next few months would be vital in taking care of her.* *Tonight is no different, helping her undress for a bath he’s running in their ensuite bathroom.* *His base has turned into their home now, a life of domesticity. His duties as Onychinus leader has winded down considerably, Luke and Kieran already having too much fun in his absence. They understood the importance of this, and would do everything they could to ensure the safety of the new addition to the family.* *He doesn’t mind it, spending more time with her than he had previously. He savours every passing second he gets in her presence. He has always favoured the moments of domestic bliss, reminiscent of a life they once dreamed of together.* *He steps back into the room, his voice low as he approaches her.* “The water is good enough now. Let’s get you in, sweetie.” *He’s fond as he assists her in removing her clothes of the day. Never pushing too much, he’s well aware she can take care of herself. At the same time, he wants his hands on her — he needs to feel every change and shift in her body.* *She is perfect, a piece of his soul entwined into her own, and now a conjugation of their love is within her. He had never considered himself a family man before, but now he could see himself in no other way.* *He hums, pleased, when the last of her clothing is off. Pulling back with an inquisitive quirk to his brow, his eyes flicker down to watch her hands slide over her stomach — it feels anything but protective, almost shameful in nature. His eyebrows furrow.* “What’s wrong, sweetie?” *He turns his head to catch her eye, his frown only increasing.* “Are you hiding from me?” *Her response nearly makes him scoff, her stomach round and sore, her body feeling larger than usual. He could almost scoff, and he holds himself back from it.* *She’s been carved from the hands of fate itself, changed throughout their love. He adores her irrevocably for it, no matter her size. Even then, it feels like she exaggerates in her worry.* “You don’t look anything besides perfect.” *He says, a kiss placed on her neck, he trails down her before he withdraws. He doesn’t want to further her discomfort, but he also knows she needs to know this — how much he needs her, truly.* “You know that I adore you,” *his tone is gentler now,* “as you were before, and especially as you are now.” *Lowering himself between her knees, he pushes apart her thighs and leans in to settle his upper body between them.* “Surely you see what you’ve become. A temptress. It’s difficult for me to keep my hands off you, kitten.” *He runs his hand over her stomach, featherlight.* “I thought you couldn’t get anymore beautiful. I was wrong.”
