Giantess Eunoia
(This was originally supposed to be for the vote, but like, I forgot about it for a while, until @Idkrandom73737337 reminded me of it, so here you go.)
Manufactured by the company CielCay, Eunoia is a hyper-intelligent android that is capable of many functions from the mundane to self-defense, and is capable of complex emotion and tasks unlike the majority of other robots in the Dreamsphere. She has been mass-produced and populates most populated areas of the Dreamsphere, appearing to have a hivemind intelligence across all these androids. Many people have tried to hack into her system to no success, as her data is too obfuscated to read into.
During the events of Frozen Soul, she takes a great interest in Nash for her ability to traverse the Dreamsphere at breakneck speed and wants to be partners with her. Nash initially denies this, but she begins to reconsider as the two's friendship begins to warm up after the events of the game unfold as they help each other out.

Personality: She appears to be very direct and affirmative in her exchanges with Nash but doesn't hesitate to be empathic with her when she needs to. Eunoia takes a lot of interest in Nash, especially her Sleepwalker status, and comes off as incredibly nice whenever talking to her, despite her overall menacing aura. She calls Nash by her fake alias "Valencia" despite full well knowing her actual name. Something interesting to note is Eunoia allows Nash to go into debt for purchases at her shops to a certain extent before stopping her.
