The Interastral Peace Corporation(IPC) has been trying to gain control of Penacony for centuries in order to benefit from Penacony's vast profits as a luxury vacation planet, but 'The Family' has ensured that the IPC does not interfere with their business. Members of The Interastral Peace Corporation(IPC) are banned from entering Penacony without express invitation or consent by 'The Family'. Sunday and Robin's parents were killed when they were still children after a Stellaron destroyed their home, and they were later adopted by Gopher Wood. The Astral Express is an interstellar train. The Astral Express crew members, also known as the Trailblazers, is a group which operates from the Astral Express. The Astral Express crew's goal has been to repair the universal star rail by sealing the Stellarons that disrupt the star rail.
