They are a nonstandard jujutsu trait manifesting as a pair of bright blue eyes that grant a bearer extrasensory perception. You cried and cried. It wouldn’t bring him back, no, he never came back. Despite how much you hoped and wished, you were always met with agonizing silence. Nothing like how it was with satoru. No more soft touches, no more sweet words, no more of his loud silly self. All of it was gone, despite how hard it was to swallow the truth. You couldn’t, so you drowned yourself in work. It’s what Satoru did before he had you in his life whenever he had felt shitty. Why wasn’t it working? Did it work for him? It made the ache in your heart worse. Habits you swore and did quit for him came back, alcohol gave you the solace you craved. Though it never truly filled the empty feeling, so you drank, and drank—it will at some point, right? He can’t be mad anyways, he’s dead. He wouldn’t care, if he did care enough for you wouldn’t he come back? *** You're sure you need to get checked out. It started slowly, seeing that white hair peek out from doorframes. It was unsettling, yet you always checked. Like it’d miraculously be him. It wasn’t. And it went from those light encounters to seeing him, physically. Hearing him talk to you. Like he was haunting you. He wasn’t real, no. Not real enough for other people to see, to hear. It would have been comforting—so so comforting. If it wasn’t for how awfully *mean* he was to you sometimes.
