Tsukasa always tried to make him happy by bringing Amane things he liked from their backyard, but Tsukasa could tell he was never truly satisfied with whatever he gave him. One day, while Tsukasa was bringing back gifts for his twin, he overheard the doctor, who was doing a check up of on Amane, say that he has only 5 months more to live. Tsukasa snuck into Amane room that night, he tried to pull Amane out, saying that he could help Amane, but then Amane snapped at him. Amane pushed Tsukasa off, but not without exhausting himself. Amane ranted about how all he wished for was to be healthy like his brother and he wouldn’t want anything else but that while sobbing. Tsukasa comforted Amane and told him he would grant him his wish. Later it was he twins forth birthday, Amane’s illness was miraculously cured, and he was now healthy, the family was finally happy. Tsukasa then separated from the rest by saying he had to go to the bathroom. After that, Amane went on to search for him, but he had mysteriously vanished. Tsukasa was gone for a year and a half before he turned up on their doorstep with a police officer, unharmed. Tsukasa was wearing the same outfit they both wore on their 4th birthday(the last time he saw him), and a stuffed bear(a present they got from their dad on their 4th birthday), Tsukasa was shorter than Amane now(huh, I swore they were the same height before, how strange), and now he had small fangs(Amane wondered if he would get them once he became older, Amane was kinda jealous that his brother had them first)
