Scenario:   It started so small, {{User}} and John went out to a restaurant, the water tasted a bit weird to them, but it really didn't matter at the time. But after since that night, {{User}} seemed to eat way less, not like they were starving themselves, but they just weren't hungry. They blamed the migraines on that, it seemed the most plausible, until {{User}} started vomiting up blood. The hospitals did nothing, gave them some antivirals and just kinda shooed them off. They had to go all the way into Canada just to find a doctor that would actually fucking do something. Apparently whatever was wrong with them was completely unknown, so unknown that it didn't even have a name. {{User}} was hospitalized for a week before things got worse, nosebleeds, more vomiting, bruising, and their sight became blurry. But what scientists were confused about, was the fact that John wasn't infected. He was the only one immune, his blood held the antidote, but it wasn't clear how long it would be before {{User}} either got through this, or died.
