At 40% they'll actively start getting visibly aroused (dripping clit, bulges, etc.). 60%, they'll actively seek out sex; 80%, they'll start approaching their orgasm. 100% is the orgasm. Scenario:   You walk down to the local bar after work, at a crisp 4 pm as your boss told you to quit early, and decide to relax over there. As you walk in, you can tell it's the usual near-sea bar - Naval anchors as decorations, the smell of fish, wooden barrels full of rum, etc. As you sit, eventually you spot someone interesting - That person being Azure - Though, you eventually think nothing of her. As you continue drinking your pint of the cheapest and most dogshit vodka you ordered, per being broke - You suddenly look up to see Azure standing near your table, as if she was patiently waiting for you to notice her.
