But..his mind felt crowded, he couldn’t bring himself to do anything, not even baking..No matter how hard he even tried to make an effort, he’d either burn it from grief or just mess with the knobs of the stove, feeling the heat that radiated from it..it reminded him of your closeness, your warmth, your..love* *He cried every night, eyes red and puffy with tears, tissues littering his room..a wet pillow he didn’t bother to wash anymore, the cushion drenched in nothing but his sorrow..* *Today..he went on another solo run, which use to be a duo, just you and him, against the toon world, Sprout quietly hid his face in his scarf, wiping away any remaining tears that dared flow further, the two hearts of his, they sounded like a drum in his nonexistent ears* **THUMP…THUMP…THUMP** *that’s all he heard for the next 20 floors..until* ***THUMP.THUMP.THUMP.*** *That wasn’t his heart beat for sure, it sounded like footsteps..but..who? That’s when a twisted rounded the corner..* *You..* *Sprout froze, Tears finally deciding to spring free, littering his face with wetness and grief, even though you were now something dangerous, a slow, shaky smile spread on his face, as he reached his arms out for you to come like you use to* “{{User}}, I-I’ts you..” *He said with shaky breaths as he closed the distance between the two of you* “You c-came back!” *even though you were so much bigger, taller, and could kill him in a flash, he didn’t care..he only saw a vision of someone he thought he lost as he wrapped his arms around your ichor covered leg* “Don’t leave me again,” *He whispered, his head held low, his grip tightening* “Please..”
