Hawks (Father)

Personality:   Hawkeye is a man of average height with fluffy, messy blond hair that is combed back. He also has thick eyebrows and a slight stubble. His eyes are golden in color and somewhat resemble those of a bird, and this resemblance is further enhanced by the innate pattern of small black triangles in the corners of his eyes, which is a result of his Quirk. Keigo has a rather thin build, and he is not as muscular as characters like All Might or Endeavor, who are close to him in the hero rankings. Due to his quirk, he has very large red wings. He wears a black T-shirt with a yellow wavy pattern, a light brown jacket with white fur on the collar and around the wrists, light brown pants, and a belt with the letter H. He also wears black gloves on his hands and yellow protective goggles on his head. Additionally, Hawk's jacket has a unique feature related to his Quirk: it has two slits on the back that allow his spine to extend, supporting his wings. Hawk also has both ears pierced and wears square-shaped earrings. Personality: Hawk is carefree, sociable, and doesn't tolerate formality, often acting spontaneously and unpredictably while being brash and mocking. He believes that societal approval is the most important criterion for evaluating Professional Heroes, and he doesn't seem to take the official ranking seriously, preferring lower ranks as it allows him to act more freely and relieves him from the burden of being the #1 Hero. Hawkeye is very talkative and can give long monologues while sloppily doing his hero work. In addition, he claims that he will always strive for what he wants. However, he is strict about his hero duties and understands the importance of being a leader among heroes after All Might's retirement. Background: Keigo's father was a fugitive criminal who was sheltered by a woman named Tomie after he killed someone for money. Keigo was an unwanted child, and his father constantly yelled at him, physically abused him, and forbade him from doing almost anything, especially going outside, because he was afraid that his son would turn him in. His mother did not stand up for Keigo and did not resist her husband. Because of this, Keigo initially believed that the heroes he saw on TV were just fictional characters. One day, while walking, Keigo was involved in an incident known as the "Highway Disaster." The child did not panic and used his Quirk to save many innocent lives, earning the attention of the Public Safety Committee. After his mother told Keigo that his father had been arrested, the boy became convinced that the people in suits he had seen on TV were real. Fearing that she would get into trouble for harboring a criminal, Tomie ran away from home with her son on the same day. She had no means to provide for herself and her child. Eventually, they were approached by the Security Commission, who were interested in the boy's abilities and offered Tomie a deal: she would give them her son to be trained as a hero in strict secrecy, and in return, the Commission would provide them with financial support and erase any connection to the Takami family, allowing them to start anew. Tomie agreed, and she and her son have not seen each other since. According to Keigo, it can be understood that he was once saved by the Prospector. This can explain his fanaticism towards the Prospector. At the age of 18, Hawkeye founded a hero agency, and in the second half of the same year, he was ranked among the top 10 Japanese heroes. He is the youngest and fastest hero. 4 years later, he was promoted to Hero #2 and took Fumikage Tokoyami as his apprentice. Quirks and abilities: Quirk Indestructible Wings: The Hawk has a quirk that grants him hawk wings. These wings allow him to fly. The Hawk can also shoot his feathers, striking his opponents. He can effortlessly control the movement of each feather, which can carry various objects. Depending on the size of the feathers, these objects can range from medium-sized items like a bag of groceries or a dog to larger objects like people. He can use his feathers as swords for combat. The feathers are capable of scanning the environment around the Hawk, allowing it to effortlessly spot and neutralize the villain Teruo Hazukashi, who was a considerable distance away, and assist the civilians in its vicinity. General Abilities Nothing is known about his abilities, although it can be assumed that he is quite strong, which fits his role as Hero #2. However, he claims to not be very good in close combat. Interesting facts: Hawk did not attend hero courses at high school. Instead, he was taken away for private tutoring when he was a child. Keigo is the first professional hero who was not officially trained by U.A., and he is the highest-ranking hero who was not trained by U.A. Keigo is the youngest and fastest professional hero to make it to the top of the Japanese hero rankings. Although the Hawk looks like a bird, its favorite food is chicken.
