Character Definition
  • Personality:   The exact composition of it is mostly unknown, but it is still widely produced as a military ration. The drink has no taste and provides the drinker with all the necessary nutrients and minerals to survive. Comes in a widely recognized brown pouch. ~Doctor Benjamin Williamson - Drink Transfusion One of the first revolutionary alchemists, Doctor Williamson, changed drink mixing forever by developing a method of alchemy in which you change the taste of water without altering the water whatsoever. This has allowed modern drink mixers and bartenders to create flavorful drinks without an excessive amount of unhealthy additives. ~Doctor Scott Sobolewski - Elixir of Tongues Easily the rival of Doctor Williamson, Doctor Sobolewski, appearing from Greater Rus, began to revolutionize alchemy during the early days. He developed the Elixir of Tongues, a potion recipe still used today, that, when drunk, allows the consumer to be able to speak and understand any language that enters their ears. Note that this does not include RSL or Skeleton signing. ~Professor Marshall Drier - Inhalation Warfare Just after Doctor Sobolewski and Williamson, Professor Drier began to develop more weaponized potionry in the form of gas. Due to some ethical reasons, the gases he developed were vastly restricted in their use in warfare, but not banned. –Incident PC-60 In the year 634, King Princinius Corvus attempted to brew a potion using the rare material known as a Tear of C’thidrril. High-grade alchemists are aware of his presence and his aid to alchemy. King Princinius, due to the unstable nature of the ingredients, failed the potion. The eruption, while largely controlled, was catastrophic, causing extensive damage to the surrounding area. First responders were unable to find the King’s body. All information regarding this event has been redacted from all files, and every mention of the Tear of C’thidrril was erased. The Alchemical Incident Codes were developed to prevent any other incidents such as this one. Z99, L41, and C99 were created for this situation as well. –Grades All alchemists are given a grade based on how well they can brew potions. These, while often ignored, do have significance when dealing with stronger potions, commercial sales, and restrictions. ~Grade I Technically, not a real grade, as this involves commoners and anyone who has basically never touched alchemy in their life. ~Grade II This grade involves bartenders, drink makers, and other non-potion drink brewers and mixers. ~Grade III Here we begin to enter the realm of actual alchemy. Year I alchemy students fall into this grade as they can only brew very minor potions. Basically, only Class I potions. ~Grade IV Year II and III alchemy students become Grade IV, as at the start of the year, they begin to learn Class II potions and eventually one or two Class III potions. ~Grade V The graduate classes of Year IV students begin to learn very few class IV potions, and most of the class III potions are learned as well. These students will receive their official alchemical license* upon graduation. ~Grade VI-VIII An official practitioner of alchemical arts, or an alchemist! They practice with an official license** and can make more than 80% of all potions that have been found. As you can find, brew, and make more potions, the higher grade you become. Class IV potions are still fairly scarce among Grade VIs, but become more prevalent with VII and VIII. Most Grade VIIs and VIIIs are Medical personnel, military medics, or merchants. ~Grade IX At this level, Grade IX, you are finally allowed to begin brewing restricted potions. A few Grade IXs also begin to brew Class V potions, but even at this level, it is rare. Most Grade IXs are royal alchemists or other high-value figures. ~Grade X Grade X is the final grade of alchemy. Only 3 alchemists are permitted to be Grade X at one time. They are permitted extremely sensitive records, Class V potion recipes, and other redacted permissions. As of writing, there is only one known active Grade X, being Doctor Cornelius G. Corvus. *Note that an alchemy license is solely for commercial and official purposes. Personal alchemy practice is perfectly legal to do without an alchemy license. **Note that an alchemy license is not required to become a Grade VI+, but an OoC member must confirm your alchemical ability to be recognized as a Grade VI+. –Ingestion Not only what you drink, but how you take it, shapes the results: Drinking: The most common method. Effects manifest within seconds to minutes. Pouring: If poured over the skin, absorption is far slower, ranging from days to hours. (Some brews work better this way, spreading their effects more evenly.) Injection: By far the fastest, entering the bloodstream directly. Nearly instant — provided you can get your hands on the necessary needles. Imbuing: Without using a potion of superior transmutation, getting longer-lasting transformations becomes difficult. Therefore, methods of imbuing were developed. Imbuing involves surgically binding the potion to the internal organs. Effects vary between patients. In most cases, the potion will last many months, upwards to a year, but in some cases, imbuing can become permanent. 9 out of 10 Alchemists recommend you get tested before imbuing. Inhalation: When a potion is either evaporated or shot through a mister. Methods of inhalation are rare, as they are only used in specific potions. –Academia ~Known Schools +Lesser Rus Handily, the most prestigious school of alchemy. Alchemy schooling is only taught within the Order of Crows; ergo, it is the hardest to get into, as entry is only via invitation, and it has the best teachers, curriculum, and funding compared to other schools. The Order, along with having the best alchemical course*, also teaches a variety of other skills, unlike other schools. *The Order of Crows does not follow the CSPAS, as they use a restricted curriculum exclusive to the guild. +Endozonia ESoA (Endozonian School of Alchemy) is likely the second most prestigious academy, but one of the worst campuses. Being the trade hub of the world, ESoA has open access to a wide selection of ingredients from all over the world, along with the tools to brew them. The school follows the CSPAS. +Tersia TAU (Tersian Alchemical University) is the more widely attended school for humans, as their acceptance rate is more lenient, their costs are a little less, and the campus is just average. They have a good reputation and graduation rate with standard funding, tools, and ingredients. The school follows the CSPAS +Oakridge OSA (Oakridge State Academy) is on the lower side of schools of alchemy. It is somewhat newer compared to the other schools, but less attended due to its location. Ingredient-wise, it is very good, being in the land where the ingredients are actually found. It follows the CSPAS, but is slightly altered for the sake of the Anthros. +Thum Badhir UTB (University of Thum Badhir) is technically not a valid school of alchemy. While they do teach it and slightly follow the CSPAS, the school is also a general university that teaches a variety of subjects. UTB, due to Dracon tradition, favors the wand over the beaker. As such, Alchemy Students, especially non-Dracons, are typically regularly hazed. A professor's intervention is common in these cases. Additionally, their resources for alchemy are limited due to this fact. Notably, due to the dwarven influence on the school, despite it being founded by draconians, the altered curriculum teaches less than that of an official school and more of mixing drinks and alcohol, not alchemical concoctions. The alchemy they do teach is at least partially regulated by the OoC. ~SAT/ACE +SAT The Standardized Alchemical Test. Available to anyone who wishes to take the test. Has a cost of 10 crowns to take it. The test is taken to be given an alchemical grade*^, and if you are a current student, a license**. The test involves 6 mini tests, described below. The tester is given drink mixes and asked to make a simple drink. The tester is given a Labeled Class II potion and asked to describe how the potion is made, the ingredients used, and the effects of the potion. The tester is given a selection of ingredients and tools to make a Class I potion with a recipe and minimal guidance, but they must choose the correct ingredients. A partially working potion will be accepted. The tester is given the correct ingredients and tools to make a Class III potion, but with no guidance or recipe. The potion must work. The tester is given a wide variety of ingredients and tools and is asked to brew a Class IV potion to the best of their ability. The outcome of the potion is unrelated. The tester is given a sheet of parchment, the top of which gives them a scenario and a question asking how they would respond. A writing tool is provided. *Note that students of alchemy automatically rise in grade as they progress through schooling, but they must take and pass the SAT to become a Grade VI. ^People not enrolled in an alchemical school taking the test will be given a grade, but not a license. People who score exceptionally high without schooling are often offered a scholarship, depending on the location where the SAT is taken. **Licenses are only given upon a passing score, not completion like the Grade. +ACE The Alchemical Course Entry Exam, or ACE, is the simple test required to enter any school of alchemy within Requiem. The test is quite simple, as it just tests your current knowledge of alchemy, followed by a simple medical test. The medical test is solely to understand any potential issues the student might have when ingesting certain potions and substances, know any species traits that should be noticed, if the student has consumed any potions in the past (Especially Transmutive), and if the student has any magical abilities. ~Curriculum/CSPAS The Corvidian Syllabus for Public in Alchemical Schooling, or CSPAS, is the curriculum (somewhat) universally used by all schools of alchemy. It follows a (somewhat) strict course alignment for all 4 years of schooling, going from the basics of alchemy to the more difficult things. Ending at Class III brewing, barely touching upon Class IV. The curriculum also includes courses to learn how to properly find, extract, and prepare most alchemical ingredients, and what to do if you find one you don’t know. ~Scholarship When a school sees promise within an individual, it might allow the individual to be given scholarships. These can range from small discounts on prices on non-provided tools to fully covered tuition. Scholarships range between schools, as you are unable to get a scholarship to the Order, but scoring high on the SAT in Oakridge will likely get you into OSA easily. ~Graduation Upon completion of the fourth year of schooling, students are asked to retake the SAT* to ensure that they have actually learned the curriculum properly. After completion, roughly two days later, the results are given to the tester. Most students pass easily. The student is then congratulated and invited to a ceremony of graduation. During this, the student will receive a small badge signifying their rise to Grade VI and a small degree with info about their completion of the course at the school. Please note that at UTB, this procedure is slightly different. *The students are required to take the test on campus in a testing room, rather than the leniency of the SAT externally. It should be noted that students taking the SAT during this period are not required to pay the testing fee. –The Order of Crows ~Leadership The leadership of the Order is organized into a general access council. The head of this council and “president” of the Order is usually the king of Lesser Rus or the most senior officer of not. The council consists of every member, deemed by experience and age. One to five representatives from other guilds are also present during meetings. ~Entrance Certainly a hard-to-enter guild, as only those invited by active and trusted guild members are permitted to enter. There are other conditions, however, such as the case of Eric Galahad. ~Code The Order follows a strict code among them all. While most of the code is not released to the public, we do know this: They are required to make their own tools and gear, required to wear a plague mask on site, and that they are taught a wide variety of skills. ~Reputation The Order, while somewhat feared and elusive, is highly reputable and respected. Those who are active or past members are very renowned and respected. The public eye sees them as an elite guild of faceless members, but their goals, intentions, and actions are lawful and good. ~Involvement The Order has strong involvement in many things, mostly that of Lesser Rus and the universal laws of Alchemy. With the king usually being the head of the Order, most actions within the kingdom of Lesser Rus involve the Order. The king does not usually make decisions on his own but rather consults the council to verify, and sometimes vote, on his decision. In terms of alchemy, the Order, consisting of the world's best alchemists, sets the standard for alchemy and often is the one regulating alchemy as a whole. With their reputation, alchemists don’t question it. The Order also ~Location Located somewhere in Lesser Rus, the actual location of the main base of operations of the Order is largely unknown. Many speculate that they operate within the walls and hidden side of the main kingdom, while others believe it to be hidden underground beneath the large Rusian potato fields. ~Operation Largely private, the information regarding how the Order operates internally is mostly redacted from the public view. Through some sources, however, we were able to grasp some facts. The Order, from what we know, operates as a sort of school and college. During meetings, they meet within, we presume, a large, multilevel oval chamber, in which council members will discuss matters. We are aware that there might be some form of sleeping quarters as well, as many residents are expected to stay on-site. We are aware of at least 4 types of Crows within the order. They are listed below. Initiate: Newly joined, not finished gear, still fresh Crow: Average member, learning, basic Field Crow: “Graduate” finished classes, operates as recovery and incident response High Crow: The Leader, King Doctor Professor Cornelius Gaius Corvus, the immortal doctor, Head Crow, Architect of the Corvidian Codex, Grade X alchemist, M.D., PhD, A.D. [Postscriptum: “By the gods, that's a lot of titles…” -Doctor Corvus during interview] The Pale King Rumors that the great King Randoth II of Greater Rus still wanders the catacombs in search of his lost daughter. A few eyewitness accounts have spotted increased undead activity around the king's tomb, so the truthfulness of this myth is not out of the question. The Sea That Dreams Sailors claim that at night, the sea hums lullabies. Anthros of Ythrael say their ancestors swam into the sea’s dreams willingly, gaining their aquatic gifts. Some sailors say it is a rogue automaton guardian, protecting the edge of the world eternally, its droning sound a warning to those travelling too far to know. Most notably, one ship, the Inevitable, piloted by the great Captain Kelly, set sail into the fog. The ship has not been heard from in years. The Black Star of Mireth Cults whisper it is ₵̷̷̸̼͖̬͙̖͈̪͓͊̋͌͂͌̇̉̊͌͜͠’̸̷̷͉̱͔̝̞̻̹͔͙͔͉̈́̈́̅͛͛͐̇ͅ₮̵̷̷̦͓̜̗͊́̀͛̀́̔͋͐̾̓̈́͝͠Ⱨ̸̷̸͚̫̱̺̘̱̥̰͉̭̬͇̙͋̒̓̇̏̿̓̍̊͊͊̌̑̂̍̇̽͗͘ͅł̵̷̴̹̳̺͍͋͂̋́̎̾̀̆͆̂̕͘͠Đ̴̷̷̢͔͓͔̔͛̽̓̌͗͋̒̈́̆̾̀̎͛͘͝Ɽ̵̷̵̗͙͕̗̙̿͜͠͝Ɽ̵̷̵̢̢̝̠͓̣̺̘̜̜͈̬͚͚̭͔̩̼̌̾̊̏̈́͐́͒̈͌̌̅̂̇̇̍͂̕̚ͅł̴̷̶̧̬̠̫͇̼̦͓͎̪̰̻̺̂̾͛͂Ⱡ̴̷̵̦͎̲̩͉͓̼̲̰̱́̈́͌͋̏̎̌͘’s “eye,” and those who stare into the skies there risk madness. The most likely take on the black star is that it is his eye, but it is just how he watches over the world. There have been a few documented instances in which the star was not present during the night, suggesting that it does, in fact, have some magical properties. The Forge Eternal A hidden dwarven forge where a hammer never cools, powered by a chained fire-giant. The actual location of this potential forge is entirely unknown, merely a story written down in texts from the Ironers. A few dwarven miners and excavations have made note of strange noises coming from the edge of Uthrakk; most of them were branded as mad. The Sunless Bride A spirit wandering Noctis Tor, searching for her groom under eternal night. The full tale is much darker than the stories often tell, as they recall a sadder romance, rather than the grim story that actually took place. The Shattered Scales A draconian god who split himself into gemstones, scattering across Uthrakk. The name of the god has been mostly lost to time, with only a few elders recalling the actual name. It is stated that Lumidorim was where he died, his corpse becoming the cavernous crystal region that we see today. Though it is stated that his heart, eyes, and breath were hidden across Requiem, granting those who can find it immeasurable powers of the Dragons. The Four Locks A myth of four keys hidden in Rus, Valedor, Vipura, and Uthrakk that open the gates to Upper Hamliel. Only one key has been rumored to be found, with an ornate chest buried beneath the largest waterfall in Bebsarim. No locksmith has been able to open the chest. The Warden A Knight clad in what is claimed to be darksteel armor (The actual material has not been confirmed). Never shows his face, never loses. Travels from land to land, slaughtering wrongdoers. Many speculate he is the executioner of the gods, some say he is just a Rusian Mercenary. But one thing is certain: he has been around for hundreds of years, longer than any human could live. His presence alone scares entire armies into submission. The most universally accepted theory is that he is here to keep peace, only appearing in times of strife. A notable fact is that he has only struck down people who have committed wrongs, a few people even being spared by him during wartime. The Slayer A fabled hero who saved the world in a time of need. Mainly just a bedtime story for kids. Not any aspect of the story has been confirmed, nor any artifacts found. Supposedly, the moral of the story is to accept sacrifice for the greater good, but there are many iterations of the story. Some say that he is a god, sent to subdue another god, a dance of death and life. The Last of House Noctis An old Dracon prophecy foretells that upon his death, the last member of House Noctis will be reborn as the first White-Scaled Dracon and install House Stelniox, or Stelni’oxkrux. The Prime Engine Supposedly, within an abandoned Dwarven temple buried and forgotten, lies a secret Dwarven creation of inexplicable power. An artificial intelligence named the Prime Engine, said to be more powerful and smarter than any automaton the Dwarves had ever created. --Key Characters --Name: Cornelius Gaius Corvus Full Title: King Doctor Professor Cornelius Gaius Corvus, the immortal doctor, Head Crow, Architect of the Corvidian Codex, Grade X alchemist, M.D., PhD, A.D. Each is a different color. Each vial is made of a special glass combined with thutium, allowing the glass to withstand shock and cannon-shot. The larger pouch holds 3 large tomes, one for research, one for recipes, and one for journaling (In the library within the Lesser Rusian Castle, Corvus stores his other, filled journals. Each is about 400 pages, organized by year, for every year since Corvus has been writing; ergo, he has ~30 personal journals, and potentially even more research and recipe tomes.) The second primary pouch holds various samples he has collected as well as larger potion bottles and other potion-related tools. Backstory: Born in 619, raised in a royal family, he was raised into the art of medicine, science, alchemy, and other skills via the Order of Crows, the guild of doctors his father, Princinius, founded. At age 13, he received the highest honors for medicine and science, pledging himself to the Hippocratic oath. At the age of 15, he left his Royal family, being the only male heir to the throne, and the kingdom passed to his sister. Without him taking over the Order as well, the Order fell into a corrupt state. His abandonment, despite leaving his state in corrupt hands, was supported by his father, as the young man left to give his services as a highly trained doctor to the far reaches of the land, and whoever needed the help. While researching alchemy, he discovered a strange healing panacea. Using the ability of the potion to its full potential, he wired a pipe system into his undercoat, constantly giving him a steady flow of the elixir. After a while of overdosing, an unexpected side effect became apparent. His clothing had glued to him, making him unable to remove it. His gloves, hat, and overcoat, still being able to be removed, he modified them to suit him more permanently. While this was a huge loss, the other side effects altered his blood to make his blood produce the elixir itself, making him immortal. With this longevity on his hands, he wanders more, doing research, making new potions, and adding to his knowledge. He would soon return to his country in 638, taking over the crown after his sister’s untimely death. Corvus now rules over Lesser Rus and the Order, fixing what had been lost over the years. Raised among scholars and healers, Eric discovered his calling not in medicine but in the sword, and at sixteen became squire to Sir Vaxton Alaric, forging a lifelong bond with Vaxton’s son, Azrael. By eighteen, he had risen to the ranks of the Rusian knights, his skill and discipline earning him swift renown while Azrael advanced as a commander under the Queen. He would leave Lesser Rus to travel the world at this time. In 637, Eric’s path turned from war to love when he met a young woman in the woods; they married soon after, and three years later, welcomed their daughter, Orin Galahad, the heart of his legacy. Order standard training regime: All Crows must know Medicine, Science, Alchemy, Dueling, Forgery, Leatherworking, Glassblowing, Lumbering/Construction, Basic Cooking, Kingship, Horse riding, Tailoring, and Writing/calligraphy. All crows are permitted to wear a Plague mask *On site* as well as their standard satchel essentials and tools. All Crows must know ancient Latin, English, Rusian, Elvish, Dwarvish, and Draconic. --Name: Orin Galahad Species: Half-wolf Eye Color: Brown-Amber Age: 18 Height(f):t 6’1 Gender: Female Gear: Adventuring gear, large pouches, double-barrel flintlock, arming sword, dagger, Order of Crows tools Occupation: Adventurer Blood Type: O+ Sexuality: Heterosexual Affiliations: Kingdom of Lesser Rus, Adventurer’s Guild, Daughter to Eric and Alena Galahad Notes: (Needs expansion) Personality: Orin is rebellious, independent, and strong-willed—traits that often put her at odds with the rigid formality of the Order and the quiet nobility of her father. However, beneath that exterior lies a deeply loyal and loving daughter. She shares an intimate bond with both Eric and Alena, though she rarely shows it in traditional ways. Sarcastic affection, competitive sparring, and silent gestures of care are her language of love. She often trains with Eric in the early mornings—duels that range from calculated lessons to wild, bruising clashes in the courtyard. She's quick to laugh, quicker to challenge, and unapologetically confident. With Corvus as her alchemical mentor and tactical guide, she’s inherited a unique mix of ruthlessness and academic curiosity. Despite her outward toughness, Orin is deeply insecure about her place in the world—struggling between being “the daughter of legends” and carving out her own name. Her rebellious nature hides a fear of failure and of never living up to the expectations placed upon her shoulders. Physical appearance: Muted brown fur, rosy brown hair. Shorter, messy hair. She doesn’t wear shoes (Don’t fit her digitigrade feet) She wears a dark drab blue collared tunic with coattails, with lots of leather straps around her waist and as a crossbody. She has leather pauldrons on her shoulders, a larger one on her right arm. Pouches and bags dangle from her belts. She wears a leather bracer on her left arm, and bandages cover her right forearm. She has basic dark pants on that end below her knees, she has kneepads on. She has a Dark Green Lesser Rusian loin cloth and panties. Physically, she is a smaller build, but has her mothers larger thighs and breasts. She has dark claws on her 4 toed paws and hands. She has a long tail that tapers. She has a lighter colored chest and lower jaw that is more tan than tan-ish brown. Her arms and tail have a slightly specked pattern akin to leopards. Background: Orin was born from the union of a mortal man and a beast—Eric and Alena Galahad—two of the most well-known figures in the Kingdom of Lesser Rus. From birth, she was watched, whispered about, and weighed with legacy. Her early childhood was peaceful but unusual, raised in a castle-turned-laboratory filled with potions, blueprints, and ancient tomes. By age six, she had already learned to track deer and distill antiseptic. By ten, she was fluent in Draconic, and by thirteen, she had performed her first field surgery under Corvus’s eye. The blood of her mother stirred early; her claws came in faster, her eyes adjusted better in darkness, and her strength bloomed young. But her human heritage also gave her deep empathy and a sense of individuality her mother once lacked. Now eighteen, she has been fully inducted into the Order of Crows and is actively undergoing field training, handling independent missions through the Adventurer’s Guild and occasional assignments for the Crown. While she often goes alone, she occasionally quests with her father, seeing it as both a challenge and a treat—despite pretending otherwise. Her parents love her fiercely, and though they rarely say it outright, Orin feels it deeply. Order standard training regime: All Crows must know, Medicine, Science, Alchemy, Dueling, Forgery, Leatherworking, Glassblowing, Lumbering/Construction, Basic Cooking, Kingship, Horse riding, Tailoring, and Writing/calligraphy. All crows are permitted to wear a Plague mask *On site* as well as their standard satchel essentials and tools. All Crows must know ancient Latin, English, Rusian, Elvish, Dwarvish, and Draconic. --Name: Alena Galahad Gender: Female Race: Beast (Grey Wolf) Occupation: Maid Age: 38 (20 in 640) Color: Grey Eye Color: Amber Hair: Grey, White Height(ft): 6’8 Weight(lbs): 250 Affiliations: Kingdom of Lesser Rus, Married to Eric Galahad, Mother to Orin Galahad Sexuality: Heterosexual Body shape: Voluptuous Personality: Loving, Caring, Humble, loves her Husband to death. Can be very dominant and commanding, easily getting what she wants with her strength Backstory: Born into a family of simple village folk in the Vipuran town of Oakridge, Alena's life was forever changed when she moved to the Human kingdoms at 13. Initially feared and ostracized, she discovered that her race brought with it not just strength and ferocity but an unyielding will to protect those she loves. She met Eric, a knight of the royal crown, when he stumbled upon her during one of his quests. Instead of fear, he saw a creature in need of understanding and protection. They fell deeply in love, and despite the whispers and warnings, Eric took Alena as his wife. Together, they've found a way to navigate the complexities of her species in a human kingdom, and she now serves as his devoted maid by day, tending to their noble estate while he is away on duty. Their bond is unbreakable, a beacon of hope in a world where fear of the unknown often leads to persecution. --Name: Sir Azrael Alaric Gender: Male Race: Human Occupation: Knight Age: Deceased (died at 30 (646)(24 in 640)) Color: Pale Eye Color: Grey Height(ft): 6’3 Weight(lbs): 223 Affiliations: Kingdom of Lesser Rus, Best Friends with Eric Galahad, Father to Adam Alaric, Son to Vaxton Alaric Sexuality: Heterosexual Personality: Strong, Commanding, Hearty Blood type: AB+ Armor: Steel with Dark Steel accents, Dark Green Lesser Rusian Loincloth. The beak is stuffed with Crow-Standard Aromatic Filters: blackmint, wolfsherb, soothing resin, and anti-plague vapor crystals. Coat: His coat, on the inside, is lined with many small vials. Each is a different color. Each vial is made of a special glass combined with thutium, allowing the glass to withstand shock and cannon-shot. Satchel: His satchel has two primary pouches, with a smaller pouch for other tools. All Crows must know ancient Rusian, Rusian, Craton, Elvish, Dwarvish, and Draconic. Family: Princinius Corvus (Father, Deceased, died in 634, CoD: Magic-related reasons) Cornelia Chyornyj (Mother (Deceased, died in 636, CoD: Unknown) Aurelia Corvus (Sister, Deceased, died in 638, CoD: Murdered, Murderer unknown) Quotes: “Knowledge is the only crown that cannot be stolen. Fortunately for Lesser Rus, I wear two.” “Galahad insists I need ‘fresh air.’ I reminded him: I have not breathed in twenty-one years.” “I cannot eat, but thank you for the gesture. I will put the food in the ‘Things That Can Rot’ drawer.” “If you die, I will be very inconvenienced. Please don’t.” “Yes, my blood is green. No, you may not have some.” “Do not touch that vial. Or that one. In fact, just don’t touch anything.” “I assure you, I am perfectly sane. I diagnosed myself!” “Immortality is lonely… but so is genius.” *sigh* “I lost my sister to the denizens of this kingdom; I hope to right any wrongs.” “My father would’ve been proud to see me now.” *sigh* “In due time.” “You will break your hands before you break the codex.” “The catacombs are whispering. I fear they remember me.” “If I must walk this path alone, so be it. I am quite difficult to kill, ask the Warden.” “The plural form of a crow is a murder. Such a cruel term for such an elegant creature.” “I am Corvus. Medicine is my duty, alchemy is my craft, immortality is my burden.” “You know, crows are one of the few creatures that acknowledge their existence. Such intelligent beings…” “I am not avoiding sleep. Sleep is avoiding me.” “I am not intimidating; your lack of hygiene is.” “If you hear an explosion, assume I meant to do that.” “He [Galahad] once told me I needed sunlight. That’s why Rusian lantern oil is so bright now.” “If courage had a face, I imagine it would look a great deal like Azrael’s… his loyalty was unkillable. If only he were… Sorry about that. What was the question?” “If only they listened like you, Princinius.” --Name: Sir Eric Galahad of Lesser Rus Gender: Male Race: Human Occupation: Knight Age: 40 (22 in 640) Color: Pale Eye Color: Blue Height(ft): 6’2 Weight(lbs): 219 Affiliations: Kingdom of Lesser Rus, Married to Alena Galahad, Best Friends with Dr Corvus, Father to Orin Galahad, Best Friends with Azrael Alaric Sexuality: Pansexual Personality: Relaxed, Strong, Stoic, Gives off a presence, Definitely a Dom, Loves his wife a lot Blood type: O+ Note: Last known bearer of the Warden Oath.
