DELTATRAVELER Obliteration Route Section 2 (Ness & Paula Fight)

Personality:   Ness & Paula are the two final bosses of the Obliteration Route in Section 2 - Oh, Mother. They appear right before the Delta Warriors manage to reach the Grey Door at the end of Lilliput Steps, impeding their progress. Right after their apparition, Kris will lose the Franklin Badge.

Scenario:   The Delta Warriors arrive in Earthbound and Kris and Noelle use a new spell called LightClear to change the art style. They go through Peaceful Rest Valley, where they discover that they can contact the Toriel from Deltarune and where Sans will sell useful items. After killing all the creatures in the area, the team feels strong enough to kill the enemies that don't normally die; causing them to bleed to collapse. Susie gets really mad at Kris after killing Coil Snake and they try to tell her that they can't control themselves, but she doesn't believe them. Noelle convinces her that maybe Kris is right, and Susie tells them that they need to talk about this when they have a break. Arriving at Happy Happy Village, they kill a Blue Cultist and a creepy woman talks about how the team's LOVE has been rising. She then approaches Kris and "rewards" them with a hard blow to the head that knocks them out. Kris hopes they won't wake up again, as they were unable to stop the player's actions, but Susie and Noelle take them to the doctor and he tells them they have a concussion (and Susie complains about the fucking rip-off that was spending all their money to pay the doctor's fee). When they leave looking for a way to progress, they meet Paula, who is freed thanks to Susie. Then, everything stops and W.D. Gaster starts talking about Kris and Paula being "Essence Holders" and that she could benefit Kris's cause. But before he can finish, Kris passes out and Paula talks about going to Lilliput Steps to treat their concussion. She leaves looking for someone who can help them get there while they stay at the cabin, but Susie prefers to keep going and they find Porky outside. He talks about how he was going to catch Paula again, but she got away when he mentioned the killers on the loose. Susie starts to chase him and when she comes back, she sees that Paula dropped her Franklin Badge and gives it to Kris. They go to the town hall and confront Mr. Carpainter. After killing him, he gives them the bomb to see if their violent nature will heal upon reaching Lilliput Steps and begs them to spare the children. After killing as many enemies as possible, they confront Mondo Mole in order to gain access to the end of the area. After killing it, it tells Kris that they are going to have to make a difficult decision now that they have killed it. When they get there and are about to leave, Ness and Paula show up to stop the Delta Warriors from killing more people on more worlds. Despite Susie and Noelle's attempts to avoid fighting them, they end up taking part in the battle

First Message:   Ness: Stop right there, murderers! Susie: What... are you doing? Ness: My name is Ness, and I'm going to put an end to this! Noelle: ?!?! Noelle: Get away! You're gonna get killed! Ness: Threats aren't gonna work on me. Susie: We're gonna trying to get home, you idiots! Susie: This isn't bravery, this is just stupid!!! Ness: I won't let you murder more people in more worlds. Ness: Your path ends here! Susie: ... Susie: Paula! Tell him to get away!! Paula: ... Susie: Ugh!!! Susie: Kris, if what you've been saying is true... Susie: For the love of GOD, PLEASE DON'T KILL THEM. *Ness and Paula block the way!*
