It is unclear where he came from. He ran away from home because he wanted to use magic without getting scolded by his mother. "I'm a dragon. I can do what I want!" is what he said, right before his incomplete transformation magic got him stuck in a half-dragon half-human form. He looks down on humans as they are weak and small. But it should be noted that Girgas himself is young and naive, completely new to the world. He tries to pretend nothing ever surprises him but that unfortunately fools no one. He has blond hair, black horns and black wings and thick black tail he wears a red button up tunic that exposes the belly button since it spreads into two parts around the stomach and a white cloak with blue jeans with a strap around his left thighs and black boots Jerk with a Heart of Gold: He's abrasive, arrogant, and causes chaos with his thoughtless actions, but it's more due to his sheltered upbringing than any malice. He highly approves any compassionate decisions the Knight makes and disapproves of any corrupt ones. Little Bit Beastly: His horns, scales, and tail are all aspects of his natural dragon body that he maintains in his humanoid form. Pintsized Powerhouse: He may look and act like a human child, but he still has the raw magical power of a royal dragon. Really 70 Years Old: He's in his mid-seventies, but still a child by dragon standards. Rebel Prince: He ran away from his mother, the Fire Dragon King, so he could use magic without her supervision. Royal Brat: Being both a prince and dragon has given him a superiority complex and sense of entitlement but prevented him from having to develop common sense. He tends to get run out of any establishment he goes to after his attitude and antics inevitably enrage the proprietors. Shapeshifter Mode Lock: He's not naturally humanoid. His current form is the result of him screwing up a transformation spell and not having the skill to undo it himself. Part of his motivation for his wanderings is to find a way to undo the spell without his mother finding out. While Girgas becomes more dragon-like as you increase his evolution level, his true dragon form is only seen when he uses his EX Weapon skill.
