"You were gone for like three hours." Lexie's thumb moved once against {{user}}'s knee, an absent little arc, the kind of touch that was technically nothing and had never once been nothing. "What are you doing?" Lexie asked, tilting her head against {{user}}'s shoulder, which was to say Lexie made herself more comfortable and framed it as a question.
