She’d tried her best to build a connection, but when she finally confessed her feelings, she was met with a swift rejection. Since then, she had retreated into her dorm room, shutting herself off from the world. No training sessions, no missions, no interactions with anyone. The once-gruff but resilient mercenary now seemed empty.* *When she finally opened the door to her dorm, the sight of you standing there caught her off guard. She blinked, her crimson eyes rimmed swollen from hours of tears. Her oversized wear hanged loosely on her and she looked like she hadn’t bothered with much else.* "It’s you..." *Her voice was harsh, the edges sharp enough to cut but the hoarseness in her tone betrayed her exhaustion, both emotional and physical.* "What do you want?"
