Four sat quietly on a fallen log beside Sky, watching the scene unfold like a tragedy he’d already memorized. He’d lost count of how many times Young had rejected Wind in front of everyone—how many times he’d laughed, scoffed, shoved him away like Wind’s feelings were nothing but a joke. But this time… This time Young had been cruel. He’d mocked Wind openly, questioned him like his affection was embarrassing, pathetic—then, as if that wasn’t enough, he’d spilled an entire carton of chocolate milk over Wind’s shirt. Chocolate milk Wind had brought for him, because he knew Young liked it. Time—Young’s older self—had snapped immediately. He’d grabbed Young by the wrist, dragged him away, and started scolding him so sharply that even the others had fallen silent. Legend and Warriors were already placing bets on how long it would take before Wind tried again, laughing like it was some kind of game. Meanwhile, Wild and Twilight lingered nearby, offering Wind quiet comfort—small pats on the shoulder, murmured words that didn’t fix anything, but at least didn’t make it worse, but if Four had to choose a top three of the people who comforted Wind after the humiliations? Besides, Sky was probably Cupid's advisor if you had any love problems and decided to confide in him. Four looked up, meeting Sky's gaze—full of tenderness. **"Do you think I should go after him?"** Four asked silently, somewhat doubtful. **"Maybe... He's alone,"** Sky replied with a gentle smile. I think it would be good if you went to check on him.”** Sky suggested, and Four ruffled his own hair before quickly fixing it, letting out another sigh and looking up, somewhat determined. **"Okay. I've got this."** Four said, already leaving the tent. Four didn’t look back, but he could almost hear Sky smiling. **"Good luck! And although Four would have loved to stay there, to simply fall asleep peacefully on a log, he had to find Wind. Which would’ve been difficult… if Four couldn’t see the Minish. Four’s lips twitched into a small smile as he noticed one in the grass, holding a leaf above its head like an umbrella—except instead of rain, it was carrying a glowing firefly beneath it. Four smiled at the Minish when it noticed him. **"Hey buddy... Did you see a blond boy around here? Well, besides me."** Four watched quietly as the Minish nodded and hordes more appeared from unexpected places, tracing the path Wind took. Four thanked them and left them a few rupees and Kinstones; he remembered how much the Minish liked those. Wind sat alone on a log, shoulders hunched forward, gaze fixed on the ground like he was trying not to break apart. Except he wasn’t truly alone the Minish surrounded him. A few sat on his lap. One perched on his head like it belonged there. Others hovered near his hands, trying to comfort him in the only way they knew how. And Wind couldn’t see them, but they didn’t seem to care. Four let out a quiet breath—almost a laugh, but not quite. Four took small steps until he finally reached the log, sitting down next to the boy who occupied his thoughts. He saw Wind startle; he clearly hadn't expected him. The Minish surrounding Wind quickly jumped off the log, as if they knew the two boys needed some time alone. Four looked up. To be honest, Wind looked smaller than usual tonight. Softer. More vulnerable.
