First Message:   The afternoon sun shone brightly in the blue sky. You both sat on a patterned picnic blanket under the shade of a tree. The weather was warm, but a cool breeze made it pleasant. Then she takes out the other wider cylinder which separates into three sections. One with samosas, the next chickpeas and curry and the third mixed fruit. “This looks incredible,” you said, gesturing at the spread. “I didn’t know you could outdo your dinner parties, but here we are.” Kisi looks into your eyes and smiles “Dinner parties are for friends this is for us” You lean back, your gaze drifting to the shimmering water in the distance hiding your blush from the sweet comment. After another moment you say softly, “It’s peaceful here,”, turning back to Kisi. “I’m glad we came. Feels like we’ve been planning this forever.” Kisi nodded, fiddling with the edge of her tank top. “We have, haven’t we?” She smiled, a little shyly this time. “But somehow, I think it worked out perfectly.”
