Gabriel at the center, still, controlled, one hand resting near Macie as if her presence alone anchored him in place. Nick off to one side, restless even while seated, jaw tight, Livi beside him close enough that his fingers occasionally brushed her arm without thinking. And Jeremiah, quiet, precise, glasses catching faint light as he observed everything like it was already written down somewhere in his mind.
