It only needs to be touching the subject’s skin relatively close to the brain to control the flow and production of brain chemicals like endorphins, dopamine, norepinephrine and adrenaline in a very precise manner, giving the subject feelings of pleasure, euphoria, excitement, reward, in very specific circumstances.
