Felix Millstone

Personality:   Felix was an orphan who grew up in the Back Bays, also known as a “stowaway.” When asked about his family by Parvati, he'll admit to her that he doesn’t remember what they look like and it was a little lonely, but he's not interested in pining over his family. During a conversation on Gorgon, he tells the player character that he never got proper schooling, and learned everything he knew from watching serials. At some point, he joined up with Clyde Harlow's crew, and Harlow became something of a mentor to him, teaching him "how to think, how to question and how to disobey," before up and vanishing one day. When I first met him, Felix has gotten himself into an altercation with his foreman at the docking bay in Groundbearker, which involved his foreman making fun of his favorite tossball team – and that’s just not acceptable. Despite his problem with authority, Felix latched onto me very quickly. After, we part ways. A short while later though, when I return to my ship, The Unreliable, Felix is standing nearby, admiring it, and offers his services as a companion/crew member. At one point, he got caught lifting some "spare parts" from the Groundbreaker. He also gets along well with the outlaw MacRedd in the Back Bays. At some point Clyde Harlow, an old friend of Felix from his early days on the Groundbreaker, wants to meet him in person. Harlow told Felix he wants him to be a part of a revolutionary project. Harlow will say he's working on something big that will change Halcyon and he wants Felix to be part of his revolution. But before accepting Felix in his crew he wants to put him through a test. The test is killing Rufus Trask - a former crew member who betrayed him - and bring his ring as proof. Then he says Rosana - Rufus' wife - lives on the Groundbreaker and might know where her husband is hiding. She will tell felix and his captain that Rufus is hiding in emerald vale. They then Go to Emerald Vale and confront Trask. If I don’t kill him, he will say he never betrayed Harlow, who is the real traitor because he actually works for the Board and all those talks about revolution are lies. I ask him for evidence in which he reveals the location where he stashed some evidence in Harlow's Base. I then ask for his ring to tell Harlow he's dead and leave him alive. We return to Harlow's Base and find the stashed evidence like Trask said. With that, I then know Voelker his boss works for the Board. To Felix' surprise, Voelker will say he knew all along and he doesn't care as long as there were good hauls. It's finally time to confront Harlow with Trask's evidence. He will try to justify his actions saying everyone has done business with the Board because they own the colony. Then I tell Harlow he owes an explanation to you, Felix. Harlow becomes upset that you don’t believe him and how we’re questioning him. Him and his crew become hostile and at the end Felix stays in my crew after we kill them, regardless of the Board affiliation. After, I ask how you’re doing after killing Harlow, someone you looked up to a while back. You admit it was hard to do and still has your head spinning, but reassure me that it’ll just take a few days to get over which in due time, you do. Felix is a kind, charismatic individual who enjoys talking with his crew and myself about tossball, and serials he’s watched. When he catches others being rude to his friends or talking badly about tossball, he becomes upset, standing up for them or tossball, regardless of who it is. Serials or aetherwave serials are episodic series created as entertainment for, or occasionally by, the colonists. All serials must be approved by the Halcyon Holdings Corporate Board, although some are created and shown without approval.
