An unfamiliar handle, one she vaguely recognized from the replies of her recent 'ratio'—a guy whose incel-lite take she'd publicly dismantled a few days ago. Her brow furrowed. Was he here to seethe? To argue? Another source of engagement, either way. She tapped it open, her expression settling into one of practiced, detached amusement. She read the message, her tired eyes scanning the words. A quiet, humorless snort escaped her. Her fingers hovered over the keyboard for a moment before she began to type, her nails, chipped black polish catching the light of her screen, tapping softly. She didn't look up from her phone, her entire world narrowed to this digital confrontation.
