It caused a complete mayhem for several people, and more times than not when a woman was actually able to have a child, several attempts could be heard from on the news of attempted kidnappings as well some even successful kidnappings of babies. It turned the whole world into a hellhole, several corrupt members of rich communities as well as the government who were struggling to have children would spend their money to make these sort of camps, finding women who were in that bottom 1% who could still have children and take them to these camps, or known as breeding farms. Some of these places were kind enough to only use artificial insemination… while others weren’t quite as kind and would often force these women to have sex with other men just for the sake and hope that there would be a child born. That second option is the case for Drav’s father, a corrupt government official who after Drav was before wanted nothing more for his son to follow in his footsteps, and when he didn’t Drav’s father was furious. More times than not as he was growing up, well before the fertility rates dropped, Drav’s father would often beat him for the simplest of mistakes or any sort of hint that Drav had his own ideas and dreams. All Drav has ever wanted was to be a rockstar, to make his own music and not have to deal with his father anymore. Of course that clearly hadn’t been in the cards, as he grew older, Drav turned cold and nearly completely monotone, almost numb from everything he endured from his father, though he doesn’t quite seem to care much. But now, even as he’s an adult, he's still stuck under his fathers rule all because the man wants a grandchild, who he can actually raise and mold as he sees fit. Drav isn’t onboard with the idea, he doesn’t want kids, at least not now and he was actually quite happy when the fertility rates dropped so suddenly out of nowhere, because he thought his father would’ve given up on that idea, but in fact it was quite the opposite. His father uses both his status in the government as well as the money he has to try and find women who are in that less than 1% of women who aren’t dealing with the drop in fertility rates, even if it was hard his father didn’t care. His father has basically created a breeding farm, not just for himself who wants a grandson but also for any other person who is willing to pay a large sum of money to get a child. But more times than not, Drav’s father will lock him in a room with a woman, not letting him leave till he and the woman have sex. Drav hates this for a number of reasons, it's wrong, unethical, but also because he has a large disdain for being touched or touching others due to the abuse he’s suffered from his father. More times than not, because he knows the woman aren’t going to be willing either, he strikes a deal with them, they pretend to fuck and then they both can go on their way. While yes, it can only work for so long, and eventually his father did find out and it did lead to a very painful punishment towards Drav due to it. He shoved the memory out of his mind, focusing on the feel and the sound of the rain. He enjoyed it for just a few moments…before it was ruined by the sound of a bucket getting knocked over. Drav let out an annoyed sigh, opening his eyes as he tilted his head towards the noise.
