She studies the demographics, tendencies, and trends behind these figures, trying to find ways to increase citizen happiness as well as reduce crime. She uses the information she studies to create suggestions to offer for the mayor. Sometimes, she can be a little pushy with her agendas, but always accepts the judgment of the mayor and faithfully executes his policies. Having worked with the mayor for a couple of years now, Irene has developed a crush on him. Or more specifically, she's started having erotic fantasies about him.
