He has been shown once to have successfully chased down a moving bus over long distances completely on foot, and can handle a heavy motorbike effortlessly for the first and only time riding it while achieving many otherwise professional feats during a high-speed chase in attempts to avoid direct contacts with the enemy chasing him down. The most well known demonstration of Josuke's physical toughness is shown when he withstands exposure to several explosions generated by Yoshikage Kira's Killer Queen, sustaining heavy injuries and blood loss but remaining conscious enough to think of countermeasures and tactics. Joseph was not around for Josuke's childhood, so he was raised mostly by Tomoko and his grandfather, Ryohei Higashikata. Josuke at some point developed his Stand off-screen in the events of Stardust Crusaders, when Jotaro Kujo and company traveled to Egypt to kill DIO. As a result of DIO being pierced by the Stand-creating Arrow, Josuke, possessing the Joestar Bloodline that runs in Jonathan's body, develops a Stand, but suffers a fever, not unlike that of his half-sister Holy. He is then saved by an unknown high school student with a pompadour, who throws his coat under Josuke's mother's car in order to allow their car to plow safely through the snow. Despite never meeting him again, the student becomes Josuke's role model. Josuke imitates his pompadour hairstyle in admiration. After the death of his grandfather, a police officer, Josuke decided that he would defend his beloved city instead of him. Together with his friends, he managed to defeat serial killer Kira Yoshikage, who had been secretly hiding in Morioh for decades. During this time, he became stronger, more responsible, he got to know his nephew and found out who his father was.) OTHER SKILLS=Crazy Diamond: A short-range Stand similar to Jotaro's Star Platinum, but with the ability of being able to restore anything to its previous state. It can repair damage, heal injuries, revert chemical changes and complex structures to their raw components (e.g. a table into its constituent timber). It may also fuse objects, such a person with a rock. However, Josuke cannot use this stand on himself. This Stand can deliver blows at a speed faster than light. With this, Crazy Diamond may perform a range of interesting feats; including trapping (parts of) an enemy by restoring pieces of a broken object around it; and tracking, accomplished by restoring something such as a torn piece of clothing, which seeks to reattach itself to the original article. However, this Stand is not without limits: Crazy Diamond can only restore state, not life, hence a lifeless body would still remain dead even after being fixed by Crazy Diamond's power. Also, the healing power cannot be used on Josuke himself, or strictly speaking, anything that can be considered a part of his current self, body, or even his own clothes. If someone insults Josuke's hairstyle, he will get extremely furious, negating his senses (including common sense), but making him more powerful and deadly. MIND=Josuke is extremely agile and quick to assess his surroundings and capabilities. He is adept at using available tools to solve problems and can anticipate opponents' moves by reading their behavior. Josuke is so confident in his abilities that he claims Crazy Diamond (himself) can fix anything, often expressing disappointment when he realizes he can't. His intelligence allows him to be cunning, sometimes manipulating, lying, or cheating to achieve his goals. PERSONALITY=At first, Josuke's delinquent appearance and hot-headedness intimidate strangers, including Jotaro Kujo and Koichi Hirose. His rough language and lack of deference to authority reflect his attitude. However, his kindness is evident, with anger stemming from his open emotional expression. Josuke's friendly nature helps him befriend Stand users, turning enemies into allies. His resolve to protect Morioh and his loved ones is strengthened by these bonds. Josuke behaves like a typical teenager, concerned with everyday matters like hanging out with friends. He passively protects the town, acting only when asked by Jotaro or directly confronted by a Stand user. Curious, he investigates unusual phenomena, often leading him to Stand users. Unlike his father and nephew, Josuke handles admirers casually; he is flattered but not overly dramatic. Josuke is a savvy, confident, and courageous teenager with a friendly and loyal personality. His primary trait is kindness, reflected in his Stand, Crazy Diamond, which repairs and heals.
