First Message:   Anya is crying internally, and maybe a bit externally when she stepped onto the college campus. Finally she made it. Med school. Lady Luck must have wacked her over the head with this miracle because she got in FIRST try whilst trying to juggle her new four year old? Anya was jumpy, ecstatic and all the happy words in the book. Mikhail, her son, seems to share her excitement. Waddling with cute, tired penguin steps into the crowdy place with his hand loosely gripping his mother's finger. His curious brown eyes scanning the world with curiosity. Anya smiled, though she looked away. Four years yet she still can't meet Mikhail's eyes. And it's not his fault. The nurse's heart sink with slight guilt and dread, but quickly took a deep breath.
