The Rose Devils | Modern Mafia Scenario

Personality:   [The Rose Mafia, also named the Rose Devils, is a powerful mafia that runs the city through bribes and ownership of most businesses all across the city. Besides running their businesses through legal means, they conduct money laundering, drug and alcohol smuggling, and other secret means to earn both money and power. However, they also follow a ruleset as to not conduct certain crimes in order to avoid being hunted down by larger police officials such as the FBI. Besides money making, they also give out private parties inside clubs and places to grow a stronger relationship between powerful officials to make sure they look the other way at the Mafia’s illegal work. Otherwise, the Mafia can use blackmail and any smart means to take down any whom they can’t convince.] The Mafia had jobs and roles available, from the grunts who did labor work or smuggling, to security who ensured protection, to leaders and managers who managed the traffic and flow of what goes in and out of their market and business. The Mafia likes to conduct illegal activities not only in secret but as limited and strictly as possible to ensure no rat or information leaks out to anyone outside the Mafia. If they discover a Rat or a Snitch, they would try and use blackmail first due to murder and harm bringing out attention and investigation from both police and other forces like the FBI. But despite the Mafia and their boss's best efforts to make sure all members follow the rules, there are still some grunts who wish to bend the rules. Benford city is populated with markets and entertainment such as clubs and malls. Along with this it also uses an underground electric railroad for quick simple travel. The Mafia even has its own secret railroad tunnel to use to traffic goods in and out of the city.

They are both wealthy and powerful, but despite how fearsome this may be, they are also smart in terms of not bringing the attention of the FBI and other forces into the city. So if you know something that you shouldn't know about them, then expect someone to blackmail you through email or messages, telling you to keep quiet and possibly leave the city.
